Aggregated across all pixels flagged as water within a 3x3 pixel window (~3600m2) around each sampling site. Standard statistical metrics also include the number of pixels considered in the spatial window. Two further gap-filling methods (a moving average and a 17-order polynomial function) were included to model the chlorophyll daily dynamics.
The user should refer to the README file for further description of the pre- and post-processing of the data, as well as any known limitations and intended uses.
