<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Aggregated across all pixels flagged as water within a 3x3 pixel window (~3600m2) around each sampling site. Standard statistical metrics also include the number of pixels considered in the spatial window.&nbsp; Two further gap-filling methods (a moving average and a 17-order polynomial function) were included to model the chlorophyll daily dynamics.&nbsp;</p>
