    INAPRO

    AQUACULTURE + HYDROPONICS = AQUAPONICS

stands for “Innovative Aquaponics for Professional Application”.

INAPRO aims at improving current approaches to rural and urban aquaponics through the development of a model and the integration of innovative technologies to save water, energy and nutrients. The INAPRO system responds to the global challenge of food security by producing local, healthy and sustainable food with a low water and carbon footprint.

More about the project under http://www.inapro-project.eu/

The demonstration object in Waren (Mecklenburgische Seenplatte) has been built on the premises of Fischerei Müritz Plau which is the largest freshwater fishing company in Germany.

The total area of the INAPRO aquaponic facility is 573 m2 and consists of the fish farm with the recirculating aquaculture system (RAS), a broad-ship greenhouse, a technical room with a combined heat and power plant (CHP) and the computer control system, a feed storage room and an outside secondary clarifier. The demonstration facility is expected to produce around 24 tonnes of African Catfish and 11 tonnes of tomatoes per year.

The project has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh
Framework Programme for research, technological development and
demonstration under grant agreement no 619137.

      Parsing data File

      Estimated Time:

Why does it take so much time?

While parsing a file, the database has to perform various tasks, some of them needs a lot of CPU and memory for larger files.

      • preprocessing: means automatic detection of headlines, table body, format values or csv-separators
      • copying: means read the file cell by cell and copy all elements to the database. During this format settings can be calculated (for example iso-time)
      • analyzing: check out for different data types (can be time, numeric or text)
