1142 ODER~SO | Oder River Disaster 2022 | Data | SP05: Genomics of *Prymnesium parvum* s.l.

Title
ODER~SO | Oder River Disaster 2022 | Data | SP05: Genomics of *Prymnesium parvum* s.l.
Description

This institutional repository record contains metadata and documentation for the dataset containing genomic data and links to publicly available sequence repositories generated as part of the investigation into the 2022 Oder River ecological disaster. The primary focus is the genome of the haptophyte micro-alga Prymnesium parvum type B (strain ODER1), responsible for the toxic bloom associated with the mass mortality of aquatic life in the Oder River. The package provides metadata and accession information for genome assemblies, RNA sequencing, Hi-C sequencing, Oxford Nanopore sequencing, and PacBio HiFi sequencing.

Parsing data File

Estimated Time:

Why does it take so much time?

While parsing a file, the database has to perform various tasks, some of them needs a lot of CPU and memory for larger files.

  • preprocessing: means automatic detection of headlines, table body, format values or csv-separators
  • copying: means read the file cell by cell and copy all elements to the database. During this format settings can be calculated (for example iso-time)
  • analyzing: check out for different data types (can be time, numeric or text)
