This package contains zooplankton abundance data from the Lower Oder River system, collected across multiple habitats between November 2023 and December 2025. It includes abundance data for rotifers, cladocerans, and copepods together with associated sampling information, capturing spatial and seasonal variation in zooplankton communities. The package also includes sampling site coordinates, a Data Dictionary, Data Documentation, and a README. Detailed information on the sampling design, laboratory processing, abundance calculations, data processing, and data organization is provided in the accompanying documentation files.
