Title
ODER~SO | Oder River Disaster 2022 | Data | SP08a: Acute toxicity test with Daphnia magna exposed to Prymnesium parvum strains (24–72 h)
Period
2024-12-09 till 2024-12-12
Period length
3 days
Sampling interval
Irregular Interval
Description

Acute toxicity test dataset (OECD Test Guideline 202 immobilization endpoint) for Daphnia magna neonates exposed to three Prymnesium parvum strains (ODER1, UTEX2797, RCC3427) across six cell concentrations (5,000–200,000 cells/mL). Experiments were conducted under controlled laboratory conditions using 6-well plates (five individuals per well) with four replicates per strain-concentration combination and additional control replicates. Immobilization was assessed at 24, 48, and 72 h following exposure. The data package includes the raw dataset, data dictionary, README, R code for analysis, and data documentation.

Parsing data File

Estimated Time:

Why does it take so much time?

While parsing a file, the database has to perform various tasks, some of them needs a lot of CPU and memory for larger files.

  • preprocessing: means automatic detection of headlines, table body, format values or csv-separators
  • copying: means read the file cell by cell and copy all elements to the database. During this format settings can be calculated (for example iso-time)
  • analyzing: check out for different data types (can be time, numeric or text)
