This dataset includes raw and processed data, as well as scripts used to produce the results presented in Villa et al. (submitted) "Effects of temporary streamflow interruption on hyporheic oxygen dynamics" submitted to Water Resources Research. The dataset contains the following folders: 1) Data with precipitation and global radiation 2) Data of oxygen concentrations measured in surface water with the miniDOT logger, resampled in a 10-minute time interval 3) Data of oxygen concentrations measured with a dipping probe in surface water and with flow through cells in the streambed sediment at 2 cm intervals in depth. 4) Image data of the calibrated planar optode measured every hour between 15h and 17h sorted out by velocity (planar optode calibrated images can be read using Python's pickle.load() function) 5) Daily mean values of oxygen concentration using the complete dataset of calibrated planar optodes and calculated GPP and ER values using StreamMetabolism model (Appling et al., 2018)
