Global lake morphometries and nutrient loads suggest widespread occurrence of alternative equilibria - code and raw data

</titles>
<descriptions>

The model run outputs folder contains all year 30 (equilibrium) data of the different runs carried out using PCLake+.

The .zip archive contains the code in R, the input raw data and model output files.

Each file is named according to its depth and fetch combination value. Files contain info on numerous model variables, specifically: time,sDepthW,aDVeg,oNH4WEpi,oNO3WEpi,oPO4WEpi,oO2WEpi,oDDiatWEpi,oDGrenWEpi,oDBlueWEpi,oDZooEpi,oDSestWEpi,oPTotWEpi,oNTotWEpi,oChlaEpi. Variable names correspond to PCLake+ variables in standard model nomenclature. Additionally, the files contain info on int (used model integrator, corresponding to those available in the deSolve package in R), depth (depth of the lake), fetch (fetch of the lake) ,period (differentiating if days of the year are considered winter or summer half-year), year (year of the run, always equals 30), PLoad (the Phosphorus load forced onto the model, N load is linked with a factor 10) , initstate (initial state, either clear or turbid). The file bifurc_full contains an aggregate of the different combinations of runs of depth and fetch, wherein the summer average values are reported rather than all daily values of the last year.
