<abstract>
This data compilation was made to estimate whole lake metabolic rates based on the O2-free water method. It contains basic quality controlled YSI and PAR data and processed YSI and PAR data.

The available processed YSI parameters are: water temperature, conductivity, oxygen concentration. For these parameters extensive quality controll in regard to impossible values and outliers was done.

Also PAR data is available as intensive quality controlled version, i.e. removal of impossible values and outliers.

In addition estimated hourly and daily attenuation is provided, as well as salinity

The data was merged with processed and quality controlled wind measurements standardized to 10 m from sensor placed at 30 cm and 230 cm above water level at encolsure E23

The data was further merged with hourly atmospheric pressure data.
</abstract>
