Data from Lakes in Québec, Canada Beatrix Beisner

beisner.beatrix@uqam.ca This dataset comprises phytoplankton and zooplankton composition data for early July 2005 across 54 lakes in southern Québec.  They were sampled at the height of stratification in summer. Phytoplankton biovolumes (biomass) are presented in ug/L and zooplankton dry weights in ug/L as estimated using allometric relationships. Environmental data is also presented.
