<abstract>
The data in this dataset was collected by sampling otoliths muscle tissue, eye lenses, and stomach contents from northern pike, putative pike prey fish, and baseline organisms along environmental gradients in Baltic Sea brackish lagoons. Stable isotope values of carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur were measured via flash mass spectrometry (EA-IRMS) on the tissue samples, including multiple measurements across individual life histories via delaminating eye lenses and measuring individual laminae. Data on otolith Sr concentrations were obtained from laser ablation indicutively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICPMS) transect measurements to assess experienced salinities within individual life histories. Annual otolith increments, along with age information, were used to asssess growth performance at the individual level.
</abstract>
