Datacube in a (Zarr) format along the Oder River network, including chlorophyll-a concentrations (ug/L) and turbidity (FNU) at the native Sentinel-2 spatial and temporal resolutions (20m, 2-3 days depending on satellite identity) based on the Case 2 Regional Coast Colour (C2RCC) processing developed by Brockmann Consult GmbH. Only pixels classified as water are included in the datacube, the rest of which are masked. Variables are provided for both high-certainty (q = 1) and low-certainty (q = 3) water classifications, enabling analyses of classification uncertainty and improving the representation of transient water bodies.
</abstract>
