  <description descriptionType="Other"><![CDATA[<p>[incomplete]<br /><br />&nbsp;<br /><br />Chlorophyll-a concentrations were derived from the complete Sentinel-2 imagery over the Oder River using a retrieval algorithm based on the Case 2 Regional CoastColour (C2RCC) processing. Individual observations were spatially aggregated to river-network segments and water-body polygons (https://geo.igb-berlin.de/layers/igb_geonode_data:geonode:oder_network_v2). Standard statistical metrics also include the number of pixels considered in the spatial window. Two further gap-filling methods (a moving average and a 17-order polynomial function) were included to model the chlorophyll daily dynamics.&nbsp;<br /><br /><br />The user should refer to the README and data dictionary files for further description of the pre- and post-processing of the data, as well as any known limitations and intended uses.</p>]]></description>
