Cornelia Sophie Wagner cornelia.wagner@uni-due.de Kathrin Januschke kathrin.januschke@uni-due.de Cleaned raw data on occurrence of terrestrial and aquatic molluscs from five areas along the Oder River, each with a size of 40,000 m², with varying habitat diversity and ecological quality to be used to assess the biocoenotic status of these reaches. Molluscs were collected with hand collections and soil samples on 12 plots (2×2 m) per study area in August 2025.
