Cleaned raw data on occurrence of birds from five floodplain reaches along the Oder River, each with a size of 40,000 m², with varying habitat diversity and ecological quality to be used to assess the biocoenotic status of these reaches. Birds were observed with point count survey at 20 plots per floodplain reach, with six observation rounds between March and June 2025.
